Boiler Heating Service

Boiler Heating Service

We are promoting the use of high-efficiency condensing  boilers, for your home heating needs. The summer is a great time to replace your heating boiler because you do not need to use your heat and won’t be affected by having the heat off for a couple of days. We are trained heating experts and we are certified to work with gas and your boiler. We install several types of boilers, but our favourite brand are NTI Boilers. We do offer other lines of boilers, but we are mainly selling and promoting NTI boilers because we believe in the quality and efficiency of their product. Parts are readily available, and we carry quite a bit of parts with us at all times. Because parts are in stock, we will be able to service your boiler in a timely manner and get your home warm again in no time. Boilers take up less room in your home, and the “combi” units also have the ability to provide domestic hot water. In the Lower Mainland, in a lot of older neighborhoods, there is a lot of hot water heating in homes and cast-iron radiators. Because of this fact, a high condensing boiler is an ideal choice to heat your home. We are centrally located in the Langley Area. We have a lot of customers in that area and our technicians and staff are very familiar with Lower Mainland homes; and the kinds of challenges you find in the Fraser Valley.

Why Do People Buy Boilers

Boiler Demographics: Approximately half of the homes in the Lower Mainland have hydronic heat boilers. When people call us today for boilers, they are calling either for repair or to upgrade to a more efficient model. Something that will save them money in the long run. They basically call us to have them serviced and to have them cleaned to make sure they’re burning as efficiently as they can and that they are operating safely. We promote boilers as our product of choice because they’re very efficient boilers and reliable. We believe they are one of the better products out there. We have used and installed them for a long time, they have always worked well for us and we know how to repair them.

More common boilers are the mid-efficiency boilers. We install a lot of mid-efficiency boilers. We also install high efficiency boilers and “combi” systems. The “combi” systems provide heat to your radiators and they also heat domestic hot water for your plumbing needs. The high efficiency “combi” units heat your home as well as your hot water for showers and everything else. Boilers are engineered differently today than they were before. They are more geared to holding heat longer and they have a cleaner burn so you’re using less gas and getting more heat in the long run.

Boilers Criteria: How Do You Determine What Size Boiler to Go into the Home?

The size of boiler is determined by square footage in the home, as well as the amount of windows and doors, etc. in the home. The common house traditionally has a mid-efficiency boiler installed.

How Often Should you Service your Boiler?

You should actually have your boiler serviced every year, mostly because of the safety factor. They are natural gas burning machines in your house, and if they are not serviced regularly, it could put your family at risk. It’s well worth it to have somebody come out to do a combustion analysis to ensure that there is no carbon monoxide getting into the house. We will also clean and inspect the boiler and check for proper operation to ensure your boiler is ready to go for heating season.  We recommend that you have your boiler cleaning done during the summer months.  By cleaning your boiler in the summer you can fix any problems that the boiler may be having before you actually need to use your heat.  Also, you avoid any delay’s by getting service ahead of our busy heating season..ask for boiler repair.
