We began with a mission to set the gold standard in plumbing excellence while prioritizing genuine care for our community.
The Beginning
- Spencer Turley founds Murrayville Plumbing & Heating in Langley, British Columbia.
- With a vision to provide top-tier plumbing services while supporting his family, he starts building a business based on trust and reliability.

Early Recognition
- Spencer Turley is awarded Langley Chamber of Commerce Under 25 Entrepreneur of the Year.
- Murrayville Plumbing begins making a name for itself in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

Giving Back to the Community
- Launched the non-profit organization Copper for Kids, donating proceeds from copper and metal recyclables to community causes.
- Donations help fund a breakfast program at Langley Fundamental Elementary and support organizations like The Langley Food Bank, The Langley Christmas Bureau, and The Langley Hospice.

Growth & Core Values Established
- Murrayville’s team collaborates to define their four core values:

- The company moves into it’s first rental commercial space on the Langley Bypass and expands it’s services to include plumbing, heating, vacuum trucks, hydro-jetting, camera inspections and restoration services.

Industry Recognition & Expansion
- Murrayville Plumbing is recognized as a Top 3 business in Langley’s Best of the Best awards.
- Receives 5 Readers’ Choice Awards from the Langley Advance Times.
- Continues expanding its fleet, providing 24/7 emergency response and serving commercial, residential, and strata clients.

Environmental Responsibility
- Becomes a carbon-neutral company by partnering with Tree Canada.
- Donates to the National Greening Program for reforestation efforts.
- The team participates in National Tree Planting Day.

Keeping the Community Clean
- In partnership with Ethos Landscaping, organizes the first Annual Christmas Tree Disposal Fundraiser, with all proceeds going towards Copper For Kids Non-Profit Organization.
- Organizes the first Annual Community Clean-Up Day on Earth Day, bringing together volunteers to clean up Murrayville.
- Purchased our first commercial space down the street from our business on the Langley Bypass to expand our sister company, Bella Restoration Ltd.

Community Engagement
- Continues the Annual Community Clean-Up Day and Annual Christmas Tree Disposal Fundraiser.
- Murrayville Plumbing and Heating is awarded Business of the Year, under 24 Employees by the Langley Chamber of Commerce.

Services & Community Initiatives
- Continued the Annual Community Clean-Up Day on Earth Day.
- Continued the Annual Christmas Tree Disposal Fundraiser in partnership with Ethos Landscaping, supporting Copper For Kids Non-Profit Organization.
- Added a Hydro Excavation Truck to our fleet to minimize environmental impact, protecting tree roots and local vegetation during excavation.

Expansion & Future Plans
- Donated $15,000 to Langley Community Health and Hospital Foundations “Anchor Your Mind” campaign for mental health.
- Acquired a 8000sqf. building on Fraser Highway marking a significant milestone in the companies expansion.
- Preparing for major innovations and enhanced services to better serve the community and clients.
