This is a notice to our valued clients & suppliers throughout the Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley
Murrayville Plumbing & Heating Ltd. has been watching the spread of the COVID-19 virus (Coronavirus) very carefully. In light of recent events, we are concerned about the spread of the virus into local communities, and have taken steps to protect the health and safety of our staff, their families and our valued customers. As a result of this pandemic, Murrayville Plumbing & Heating Ltd. has been making changes to our normal operations to allow us to continue to provide the same high level of service to our customers while keeping our technicians and customers safe.
Some of the changes we have made:
From the advice of medical professionals & the BC Center for disease control, we have implemented protocols to ensure that social distancing is taking place as much as possible: in our office, on our job locations, and in our warehouse. We have moved to working from home as much as possible for our office staff members and have our warehouse open only for our technicians to get supplies. We will not have our office open to the public at this time, but any correspondence can be made through phone and email. Payments can be taken over the phone or at each service location via the technicians. We take cash, cheque, Interac and multiple credit cards on site & via phone.
Please note that our normal office hours of 8AM – 5PM will still be in effect – feel free to contact us at this time. We are working together from home to provide the most seamless transition between dispatch and office communication through cloud based software. Please call 778.888.6451 to make any arrangements or if you have any concerns.
We continue to work with our clients to follow all protocols that have been established by medical professionals and the government regulations. Rest assured that our team is ready and fully healthy to ensure that regular services continue during this crisis. We will be operating at full capacity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
As the situation changes, we will continue to update our protocols as required given that our intention is to continue to keep our business functioning at all levels during this trying time. We will continue to offer plumbing, heating drainage and gas fitting throughout the Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley.
